disagree vhernandez : This is an incorrect answer, legal terms of time are such that the Code establishes to fulfill legal obligations if the parties were either unclear, or did not specify the date of maturity of a certain obligation. With due respect Lorianne and all.

This is why I did not think that "legal terms" would be the translation here - if the parties have to request (solicitar) a court to set such "plazos" in a scenario of restructuring payments, it makes more sense to think that they are asking for extension
