intrigas de oficina
Oxford
I don’t want to get involved in office politics yo no quiero meterme en
intrigas or (fam) trapicheos de oficina;

I would avoid \"trapicheos\" in this context since it has a negative connotation. See Oxford again:
trapicheo m
a (fam) (negocio) shady deal
b trapicheos mpl (fam) (tejemanejes) scheming, dealing
And the way you are describing it, we could be talking about good politics and bad politics - that is, the office intrigue.
If it were negative, \"manipulativo\" would work too:
See Random House:
Note this is when one \"plays politics\" so is negative by its very nature:
b. to deal with people in an opportunistic, manipulative, or devious way, as for job advancement.

I believe the neutral term, good or bad, would be \"intriga\". If you are diplomatic (diplomátic), obviously this is good.
If you are \"manipulativo\", this is bad.
If you there is intrigue or \"intriga\" en la oficina, it is neither.
And if you are \"político\", maybe you should run for office.
