También espero que se sienta mejor. (formal way)

But if you have a close relationship and you want to be lovely, use my first suggestion.

Please take into account that in South American countries we do not treat grandmothers as "usted" (formal way). It sounds strange for us!

How do you feel? in Spanish can be "¿Cómo te sientes?" or "¿Cómo te encuentras?". The latter is more familiar and frequent among relatives.
