"entidad" in Spanish is a rather ambigious word and can mean agency, body, entity [I hate that one:-)]. I also noticed that "agencia" appears in the sentence. A suggestion:
As the agency or company name already exists in the sentence, you might translate something like:
"we know from XXXX's clients [customers] that the satisfaction level is very high, which sets it apart from any other agency".
