English term

participation in, accrual of and vesting

English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Contracts/Agreements
Hi!

In the following paragraph, I can't figure out what follows the phrase "participation in, accrual of and vesting under...". In other words, "participation in WHAT," "accrual of WHAT," and "vesting of WHAT" is this referring to? I'd very much like the help of native speaker of English, if possible. Thanks a lot!!!

It is specifically understood that the release of claims under this provision does not apply to claims for Unemployment Compensation, Workers Compensation, or any benefits due to you as a result of your ****participation in, accrual of and vesting***** under the terms of any Company Benefits Plan administered pursuant to the Employee Income Retirement and Security Act.

i guess this all refers to the Comp&Ben - compensations plan
one participates in it, compensations are accrued according to it and one is entitled to them compensations
PS sorry for not being native :-)
