Any obligation (other than an obligation owed to an Affiliated Company), whether present or future, actual or contingent, in respect of (i) moneys borrowed (including interest and other charges on or in respect thereof), (ii) amounts raised under any acceptance or note purchase facilities or the issue of notes, bonds, debentures or securities, (iii) leases or hire purchase contracts entered into for the purpose of raising or obtaining finance in relation to any capital expenditure, (iv) the purchase price for assets or services the payment of which is deferred for a period in excess of ninety days, (v) amounts raised under any other transaction (including without limitation, any forward sale or purchase agreement) having the commercial effect of a borrowing.
